You will explore how to foster sexual desire – also in a long-term relationship where routine and everyday life may have taken over. You will reflect on how to become more open to new experiences that can enrich your erotic repertoire. Through playful exercises, you will explore how to remain attractive and desirable for your partner – and how to experience your partner as attractive and desirable.

You will explore your own relationship experiences and patterns of behaviour, as well as how you affect your partners or other people. You will gain tools for engaging others in a respectful way and creating connection around your needs and desires – whether you are looking to enter into a relationship or are already in a long-term partnership. The topics covered apply to sexuality as well as to other personal needs.
This weekend seminar in the “Sex and Love – Vivre en Amour” series will take place on June 19–20, 2027, in Zurich. It is aimed at couples and individuals.
You will explore how to make sexual encounters more pleasurable and exciting. You will reflect on expectations and disappointments and receive practical exercises to help you connect sexual arousal more deeply with pleasure. You will learn how to better regulate your emotions during sex. Finally, you will receive guidance on how to be truly present with your partner during sexual encounters and respond to each other – without losing yourself.
Participation in groups and seminars is also open to professionals.
