Introductory Seminar in Sexocorporel

Sexual Desire
This seminar in the “Sex and Love – Vivre en Amour” series will take place on November 14–15, 2026, in Zurich. It is aimed at couples and individuals.
You will receive insights and practical tools on the topic of sexual desire. You will explore how to foster sexual desire – also in a long-term relationship where routine and everyday life may have taken over. You will reflect on how to become more open to new experiences that can enrich your erotic repertoire. Through playful exercises, you will explore how to remain attractive and desirable for your partner – and how to experience your partner as attractive and desirable.

The art of seduction and communication
This weekend seminar in the “Sex and Love – Vivre en Amour” series will take place on January 30–31, 2027, in Zurich. It is aimed at couples and individuals.
You will explore your own relationship experiences and patterns of behaviour, as well as how you affect your partners or other people. You will gain tools for engaging others in a respectful way and creating connection around your needs and desires – whether you are looking to enter into a relationship or are already in a long-term partnership. The topics covered apply to sexuality as well as to other personal needs.
Erotic skills
This weekend seminar in the “Sex and Love – Vivre en Amour” series will take place on June 19–20, 2027, in Zurich. It is aimed at couples and individuals.
You will explore how to make sexual encounters more pleasurable and exciting. You will reflect on expectations and disappointments and receive practical exercises to help you connect sexual arousal more deeply with pleasure. You will learn how to better regulate your emotions during sex. Finally, you will receive guidance on how to be truly present with your partner during sexual encounters and respond to each other – without losing yourself.

On November 6, 2026, Zuzana Gehrig-Schenk will give a presentation in Vienna titled “Between Disgust, Shame, and Eros: The Dynamic Body Image in Sex Therapy.” How people perceive and experience their bodies shapes their sexuality. Disgust, shame, and desire are often closely intertwined. Zuzana Gehrig-Schenk will explore how body image can shift and change through sex therapy.
The presentation is part of the “Women’s Health in Focus” session at the 12th Scientific Congress of the Austrian Society for the Promotion of Sexual Medicine and Sexual Health (ÖGFSSG).

Meet the Experts at the SPT Institute: Online Talk by Zuzana Gehrig with Melanie Büttner
Content
“Intimacy Has No Age Limit – Understanding and Supporting Sexual Needs”: Sexual needs change throughout life, but they do not disappear. Zuzana Gehrig explores the role of physical, hormonal, and psychological changes, and addresses topics such as new relationships after the loss of a partner and dating in later life.
In the second part, she draws on her work with care facilities to discuss how professionals can respond to needs for touch and sexuality, protect privacy, approach intimate care with sensitivity, and respond to sexual harassment.
The talk is part of the “Meet the Experts” series hosted by the SPT Institute, founded by Melanie Büttner.

Erectile dysfunction: Treatment options in a urological context and according to Sexocorporel.
Concerns related to erectile dysfunction are common in medical practice. How do you approach them? This evening event with lectures and an apéro riche is aimed at general practitioners and urologists. It provides medical competencies, a learning-based perspective on male erection, as well as practical tips for clinical counseling consultations.

Seminar 1 provides foundational sexological and medical knowledge. Seminar 2 covers social, psychological, and other sexological foundations beyond the Sexocorporel training. The seminars are intended for participants of the Sexocorporel training program working toward certification as a clinical sexologist iSi, as well as for all other interested individuals.
